Start off slowly. When I first started I nearly gagged, but I've gotten a lot more comfortable with it since then. Don't go too deep at first. Use your mouth and your hands. Best way to learn is to practice, practice, practice. But the first time is going to be hard just like trying anything new. Just start by using your hands and rubbing the shaft and rubbing his balls. Then start kissing the tip of his penis and using your tongue on the tip and maybe running your tongue around the tip. Then just put your mouth over the tip and and take the penis into your mouth. Don't try to go too deep, that will take more practice, but take it in and go down on it as far as you can and then slowly lift off. Then just go back down on it and repeat.
