ok, I've been with my gf almoust a year now and we're really comfortble with eachother. She is my first and we get along great but lately I've been having some sexual problems. Almoust all the time, I come right before she has her orgasm, right when she's getting really hot, I come. I don't know why and i don't know what to do to stop this. Its gotten to the point where everytime we start to get intimate, I start thinking " OMG hopefully that won't happen again" and sure thing it does. I tried not thinking about it, but its really hard, especially when I'm trying to please her. If anybody has some advice it would really be apreciated. Also, I am new to Canada and I was wondering where can i go here to get a medical exam of my private parts? Is it any hospital or walk-in clinic?

Well, let's start with the fact that only about one-quarter of all women reach orgasm through penile thrusting. Then the second fact that men your age have a very short recovery time and are ready to go again.

There is a recent book on the market entitled Ladies First or some such. And there are many women, such as I, who are most receptive immediately AFTER our orgasms. The two of you talk about this, take turns, adjust your expectations.

The more you fret over "coming too soon," the more problem you will have. Enlist her aid and you may find her orgasm is being retarded rather than your being accellerated. The solution is with the TWO of you.

I think the book Brandye was referring to is "She Comes First". Great technique about giving oral sex to a women and how to give her an orgasm just from oral or at least get her close so that when you have intercourse, you both can reach orgasm at relatively the same time. Of course you need to be willing to give oral.

depending where u live there could be a clinic just for sexual health where u could get an appointment, providing you have your health card... walk-in clinics could be an option, but i would really avoid a hospital unless for whatever reason its an emergency, otherwise you will be waiting for hours on end and clogging the system...

I have never had this problem. Suffice it to say that you need to think of other ways to get her off such as oral sex. Please her orally with your tongue and or a combination of toys before you engage in intercourse. Always go into sex with the mindset that her needs come first then yours. It's worked for me all these years.
