hi, my girlfriend and i have been together for a good while now, and we have stopped using condoms. The sex has been great, but there is a problem, i now cum was too fast when having sex. i feel real bad because i am not always able to get her off because i have cum so quickly, and i spoil the mood and she gets quite mad with me. i recently found a technique by accident. Instead of thrusting so much in and out of your girl, try to chill out. Yes, condoms dull sensation as do numbing creams, but neither are romantic or sexy and take a time to put on and by then the mood is broken.

I have to disagree with the numbing cremes. I had a mild case of PE as well and tried the cremes out and the numbing condoms. They worked for me occasionally but more often than not it would also make her numb. I'm sure there are ways to avoid it but taking so many steps to avoid blowing your load too soon only puts that much more pressure on you. More pressure means you're more than likely going to finish even sooner. I had the problem that it would take too long to numb my penis and I'd cum early again and just end up cleaning up a finally numb penis in that bathroom. Or, it would work fine but then I'd end up with no feeling at all and go limp after 10-15 minutes. All of that really ruins sex.

The reason why it takes some time to trigger your climax when on the bottom is because the angle of your penis and position within the vagina plus the fact that the vagina expands in diameter when she is also aroused make for a loose fit. All these make it more difficult to generate friction.
