hi, my girlfriend and i have been together for a good while now, and we have stopped using condoms. The sex has been great, but there is a problem, i now cum was too fast when having sex. i feel real bad because i am not always able to get her off because i have cum so quickly, and i spoil the mood and she gets quite mad with me. So i guess im asking, is there any tips on how to last longer, without cumming too fast? any particular lubes or anything? any advice would be helpful thanks.

Go to the drug store, any one of them and find the Stay Creams... they will numb your sensations and make you last longer.. the other way would be to masturbate before you have sex with her... maybe a few hours before will help.

so why don't you put the condoms back on? unless you're trying to impregnate her.

i recently found a technique by accident. Instead of thrusting so much in and out of your girl, try to chill out. Yes, condoms dull sensation as do numbing creams, but neither are romantic or sexy and take a time to put on and by then the mood is broken.
ok, put it in....pull it out...go slow for a few minutes if you can....you need to turn her on with oral or manual or whatever....make sure she is lubed up and turned on...the vagina expands when shes really hot so it will feel looser to you. then, put it in and dont try to pull it out so much when you thrust. the head of your penis is the most sensitive part and if you get it too close to her tight vaginal opening instead of her now expanded vaginal canal, its going to be too late for you. try rubbing her clit with your body more and just dont pull your dick out so far when you're pumping her.

I have to disagree with the numbing cremes. I had a mild case of PE as well and tried the cremes out and the numbing condoms. They worked for me occasionally but more often than not it would also make her numb. I'm sure there are ways to avoid it but taking so many steps to avoid blowing your load too soon only puts that much more pressure on you. More pressure means you're more than likely going to finish even sooner. I had the problem that it would take too long to numb my penis and I'd cum early again and just end up cleaning up a finally numb penis in that bathroom. Or, it would work fine but then I'd end up with no feeling at all and go limp after 10-15 minutes. All of that really ruins sex.

Evil is right on all of those points. But, realistically you may not be able to masturbate before sex and number 5 would *probably* piss your GF off.
