A Special Treat for Her...

Hey,

Ive been with my girlfriend quite a long time now and things have had its ups and downs. I would like to show my girlfriend how much i love her and how much she means to me. Anyone got any tips on what to do for a night out?

I was going to take her for a really nice meal but theres no places really around by me. Ive cooked at home for her before but i want to do something extra special. So any good ideas on how to really impress her and show her i love her?

Well to start, taking her out to eat or cooking for her isn't necessary to show her that you really love and care for her. Of course, don't get me wrong now because you definitely should take her out, whether it be to eat at a restaurant or a walk, etc. It's necessary for the health of the relationships -smiles-

But from what I'm getting you want to do something that will "show" her that you love her and that you care for her above all things. This is my personal opinion but if I wanted to show that to my girl I would reserve a day with her and her only inside the house. I don't mean have sex or do physically intimate things for the whole day, I don't think that tells her much other then the fact you like screwing and playing with her, which isn't the message your trying to send I'm sure. I know it's certainly not one I would. What I mean is reserving a day simply to cuddle with her on the couch and talk with her to start. Talk to her about your relationship, (don't be afraid, it's not that scary, I've done it -smirks). Tell her how happy you are to be in one with her, etc, what thoughts and feelings you have about it. Then maybe you can do some activities around the house, perhaps play a game, a little roughhousing is always fun -chuckles-. Etc. Do you see what I'm trying to get at? Just spend one day thats solely and only between the two of you. No outside interruptions, no phone calls, just the two of you. Sharing thoughts feelings with eachother, playing around a little. And if at the end of the day it does lead to a physical intimacy then so be it if she wants to and you do as well then enjoy it and go ahead. but I don't you would send the message of how much you truely love and care about her if you simply got "right down to it" as they say. This isn't all girls I'm sure, but it's not something I would do if I was trying to tell my girl how much I loved and cared for her. Hope this helps.

thanks for that mate. I dont think staying in will sweep her off her feet though, seen as we stop in most of the time! I might use that though, mabye walk to where were going have some fun and get the drinks in

Need more ideas, theres not really any "posh" so to speak places where i live, or mabye i just dont know about them! *

Most people are impressed and "swept off their feet" by being shown that you really do know them and have been listening and paying attention. *Try planning an evening where you do things that are all specific to her.

What kinds of food does she like? *What's her favorite meal? *Her favorite dessert?

What's her favorite color? *Her favorite flower? (all girls ususally like all flowers, but most have one specific that they like above the others) *

What's her favorite music? Other entertainment? *

Plan your evening around these things. *Make it her night. *You might also get her a little something. *Jewelry is ALWAYS good...lol. *It doen't have to be expensive. *A nice pair of earrings (maybe with a stone setting in her favorite color?) *or a necklace of the same idea. * Just pay attention to her. *If you haven't been doing so already, open doors for her (including the car), pull out her chair, if it's chilly out, put your jacket over her shoulder. *Little things can make even an everyday date special.

i know im not the ideal person 2 say anything, especailly 2 u! but 3 simple words are all i can think of ... me 2 u !
she once told me how much she wanted a big bear! its not like its big deal, but im sure if u wrote a letter or note or sumthing with it, it wud get your point across!

k, well anyway my mate spud has found me a nice place to go, for her an italian, im getting her favorite flowers, a teddy, mabye a necklace or somethink (not sure on that yet.)
