Would or did anybody out there try swinging to spice up their sex lives? Me and my wife have been discussing it, but are not quite sure what to expect. We were just wondering if anybody has any experiences to share to help us make our decision.

Hubby and I have been swinging about 5 months there are some threads on here where I talk about it.

It would be hard to tell you what to expect. Depends on who you are as a couple and what you are looking for in the way of swinging.

I have had for the most part a postive experience but problems have come up and that is just something you have to deal with.

The most important advice I would give is to only do this if you are really secure in your marriage. Spice is one thing. Just don't do it to fix anything. I have read horror stories from people.

My xwife and i were avid swingers for several years.

Here are some KEY things to ask each other and talk about WAY before you actually SWING:

1) Why do YOU want to swing? (you ask each other this, and answer it honestly and completely).

2) Discuss things you KNOW you would be uncomfortable doing (hard limits).

3) Discuss your feelings about seing your partner with another person?

Here's ONE THING U MUST CONSIDER! If one of you is doing this "because it makes your partner happy" you're likely on the path to big problems!

Too many couples start that way and end in tragedy.

Also, you must embrace the idea that this is RECREATIONAL SEX! For some wives/ladies they can SAY they can separate sex from affection....but many times they can't. THey think they can handle seeing their husband f***ing another woman..then they get jealous.

Jealousy is a big issue for new couples. Especially if the otehr person with yoru spouse is thinner, younger, better shape, more well endowed, etc.

Talk. Listen. Research. Visit.

ps: alot of swing clubs can be disappointing...so be prepared to have to go back a few times.

This may not be something you are really intertested in, but just as fantasy. or it may be and you really want to look at it with EYES WIDE OPEN...not shut.
