If a straight guy doesn't want to do it just because he thinks it might make him seem gay... poor him. The only thing that makes you gay (or bisexual) is having sexual and/or a romantic interest in someone of the same sex.
The male nipples are fairly sensitive. And just because you like your nipples played with (or have something stuck up your butt) doesn't mean you're gay either.
Most men would probably like their nipples played with or something like a finger stuck up their butt.
But getting them to admit it is where the problem comes in as they tend to think that because they like it, it makes them gay.
