A few months ago my wife brought up a subject that I had never heard of before. She said that women are able to "squirt" during oral sex from their vagina. I have heard that this is during a time of extreme arousal. However, I have not been able to find anyone who can tell me how to cause this to happen.

I would really like to surprise my wife with this gift. Can anyone specifically describe how this is done and if there are any other names for it that I may be familiar with.
