basically
i've had sex with my girl about 3/4 times now, its great.
but i wish she was a bit dirtier 
she doesn't like giving head

give her time you said you to have only had sex about 4 time and it take girls a longer time to feel okay to were she want to try new stuff! i am sure soon she will start wanting to try new stuff with you!
Give her some time. It could take a while for her to feel comfortable to do that kind of stuff.
At least give her a little time to get used to things. I was the same way for a little while until I loosened up a bit.
Buy one of the books about sex and read some of it with her. Once she realizes that what she may conceive as dirty or kinky isn't all that out-of-the-ordinary she might come around.
I bought one recently from Barnes & Noble that was called "The Guide to Getting It On" (www.goofyfootpress.com). It covers nearly every topic to some extent and it is written for the common person, not like it's a scientific journal or something. Some of it is actually written in a tongue-in-cheek kind of style which makes it fun to read and joke about with your partner.
The simple thing is don't pressure her. If you've tried subtlety and she has given very firm indications that she doesn't want to do more "kinkier" things then just respect her wishes. Mind you the approach I took was to take things a stage at a time. I asked her if she would let me do something for her she agreed and I went down on her. Then her attitude towards returning the favour changed. If you approach it with sensitivity and always with her best feelings at heart you'll be amazed how much progress you can make.
