Short of surgery? Try doing weight lifting to strengthen the muscles, makes them look better. Buy swimsuits with a built in cup or padding. Buy a good quality padded bra with push ups.

suppossedly, taking birth control can increase breast size.
it didn't help for me though...i think i got every single side effect EXCEPT that one :rolleyes: lol

although i would suggest toning your entire body overall. you will feel better about your body and it can make your breasts look more proportionate.

Pregnancy, but I wouldn't go that route just yet. Diet and exercise to be and stay fit. But other than that , accepting youself as you are remains the best solution. Just learn what fits best and wear those clothes.

hey! im a 34A and i don't consider my boobs small :confused: it depends on the individual, really.
mine don't really look small on me because i'm only 5'4 and weigh 100 lbs. ...my bust measurement is 32in. my waist is 26in. and my hips are 31.5in so they are proportionate to the rest of my body

Well you dont want to be improportionate. My suggestion is to go to the store an just get a good bra. I might suggest freadrick's of hollywood (they are helpful there usually if you need help). I know they may look freaky on the outside but i find them better then V's secret.

work on your pec's it should help them appear bigger in a swimsuit/etc
