Well heres my problem. On my dick I have this lump if I touch it its feels like a lump under the skin... its hard..and its red...I have no clue what it is...I have never had sex...so what could it be?

See a doctor. If you've never had sex, it's not related to sex. There's a lot of things it could be- some of them serious.
