Eveyone has their own individual answer to that, and to be honest, for me it depends. Sometimes sex serves to strenghten the bond with my partner. Again, one for the ladies, butas a former married man, the side effects range from a feeling of bloatedness and fatique, to out-and-out sessions of rage just prior to, and during a period. A woman can be very emotional and quick to react to things during and/or before her period.

If a woman is "swinging" because her husband wants to but she's not at all happy with it....will ultimatly end in serious relationship issues. The same applies if a woman wanted here husband to do something of a sexual nature that he really didn't want to do but did because he wanted to "please her." Please note, i'm not talking about the basics here, we're talking more about alternative sexual activities of swinging, group sex, bisex, xdressing, and other type activities. It must be consensual.
