As many of you guys know, around this time last year I had to get my right testicle removed. At first it sucked because I mean it was my manhood, but after a couple of months I came to realize that maybe this was a sign. I mean before i was getting erections like crazy, but now they are more controlled.
Is this normal?

Absolutely! There is a co-worker friend of mine that had the same surgery. It did take him a bit to get used to the idea, but he has had no problems, so he says. He did reveal that it was weird dating with "one nut" as he put it, so he had aprostetic (?) testicle implant. And that resolved his reluctance.
No I mean it seemed to control my libido. I didn't get instantaneous erections non stop like I used to.
The likelihood is that your testosterone production has decreased and the other has not yet adjusted to producing more. This should adjust slowly.
It has been almost a year so shouldn't it have adjusted already?
