The term "Premature Ejaculation" is usually defined as having an orgasm sometime within the first minute or so--

* upon initial insertion
* during the first return stroke
* sometime within the first few strokes

If a guy climaxes after that then it more a matter of experiencing an untimely event. In both cases the fix is the same.

Two things; first, you should do a GOOGLE search on the "squeeze technique" and learn how to apply it. This is an effective method to squelch a guy's urgency in the here and now. Secondly, the two of you need to practice the exercise explained in the reference in order to help train him to recognize when he is about to loose control and then to be able to control his urge. The exercise requires your contribution and is not something he can do by himself.
