GO GET A FREAKING TEST. Is it that hard? It's much more simple AND cheaper to go down to the durn store, get a test, and see.

Hopefully, you didn't give her the pills yet, but I have a feeling it is too late. You need to take her to a doctor NOW and tell them the ENTIRE situation, NO LIES about any pills you gave her, for her own health. They should know how to take care of her, or at least monitor her for any bad side effects.

The only reason everybody is so pissed at you is because we told you OVER AND OVER again NOT to give her ANY pills AT ALL, and to go get a pregnancy test to find out if you even NEED to worry about anything. But you went and endangered her life! So of course you're going to be attacked. We gave you the best advice available, from people who have gone through the same thing, and you did exactly what we said not to do.

Just take a deep, deep breath, realize the huge mistake you made, and get your girlfriend to a doctor, PRONTO. It's the LEAST you can do.

I hope for the sake of the world that she wasn't pregnant.

People encounter suprise preganncies all the time.. the difference is that they dont have their lover take pills here and there and talk about all of these potentially dangerous drugs as the solution. Go whine to someone else about you feeling attacked, ok?

Youve been given advise over and over.. get a freaking test done before you start feeding her BC pills when you feeel like it , use a different form of BC than withdrawl, and dont scare the hell out of her.. you seem pretty immature from your responses.. things you want to give this poor girl. get a test... many ppl said the same thing...,, Then if she is pregnant, then its up to you BOTH on what to do.. it is also her decission since it is her body and she can do with it what she wants... do not go slipping pills in any of her beverages without her knowledge, that can put u in alot of hot water not only that but jepordize her life...

If she is not pregnant..and the test is negative ..well then you know what to do next time... PUT A CONDOM ON THAT WILLY ..actually double it up ..

Plus, I think it takes two to three days for the pills to take effect? I'm not 100% sure about that, but I know that when I stop taking them, it takes about 3 days to get my period... I'm pretty sure it takes more than a day for the pill to start affecting your system.

And mmparks, you are 100% right it's wrong to take pills anytime. I admit that when I took my prescription to make me relaxed, it was a dumb thing to do (and I think illegal use of prescription drugs ) . My only point was, that you have to do something to take your mind off the worries of being pregnant. It probably wasn't even the pills that made me relax, but rather the thought that they would.

Maybe her period is late because she is randomly taking BC pills and has her whole body screwed up. You either have to take them ALL the time just like it says, or none at all. Not just whenever.
The BC pill doesn't actually keep you from getting pregnant, like Oh Im gonna have sex tonight so I better take my pill. It's not like a Zantac and heartburn, it doesn't prevent it.
If you take it continuously then it works in several different ways to reduce your chances of pregnancy.

When I was going on a vacation to a beach years ago I took a few extra ones from a spare pack.. it kept me period free till my vacation was over. You have a **GREAT** point. Now I dont advocate doing this but I was a nurse and thought I knew everything back then

Yes, I think the consensus is now:  JUST TAKE A PREGNANCY TEST.  It's a very, very bad idea to go messing around with medications for whatever reason, because (as mmparks said) if she is pregnant, that's bad bad bad for the baby!  It sounds like you are stressing out a ton, which means your girlfriend is also stressing out, at least because you are.  The only thing that's going to relax either of you is a pregnancy test.  If you want to be more sure, take two different brands of pregnancy test.  Then you can decide what to do from there, based on the results.

USE CONDOMS!  Or something, in the future!  I am on the pill, but I still don't trust it completely, and my bf and I almost always use condoms.  If you don't like condoms, and she doesn't like the pill, there are still lots of other forms of contraceptives out there, just go find them!  It's just that to me, using the withdrawal method is asking for trouble.

And actually, having her take the pill will STOP her period from coming, so just shy away from pills until the situation is figured out...

The morning after pill is designed to make you infertal and in a way, "force" out the period.
But, in this case it's a little late for that as you're supposed to take that within 120 hours after intercourse. I always thought it was 72 hours but after taking my friend to the clinic yesterday after an oops, all their paperwork said 120 hours.

No there isn't anything to my knowledge that MAKES you have your period. I know BC pills can stop it if used a certain way but nothing induces it, at least I don't think so,

with ANY method of birth control you DO alwyas have the chance of pregnancy. There is NO 100% safe birth control other than no sex or a hystorectomy. Not even vascectomies are 100 percent or tubal ligations. If you cant handle an accident, my suggestion is dont have sex. Thats where maturity comes in

If you've been successful avoiding pregnancy with withdrawal for five years, congratulations! But you are playing big time Russian Roulette. You can certainly increase the odds of withdrawal working by watching her cycle closely and avoiding sex during her most fertile days.

But if you keep using this method, the odds are she's going to get pregnant.

Well I'm not sure what you are asking... all I suggest, for her to get her period (if it's coming) is to have her do anything that relaxes her and gets her to stop thinking about it. It doesn't mean she needs any medication to make that happen. Try giving her a massage before she falls asleep and just doing whatever you can to get her totally relaxed.

If she still doesn't get it, just take a pregnancy test... if it's negative, she won't have anything to worry about, and should relax and get her period. Stress is what keeps the period away.

Yeah, I wouldn't get worried yet. Before I was on birth control, my periods were crazy... once I went almost two months between (when I was still a virgin!), and right before I decided to get on bc I went only 2 weeks between.

I do suggest using at least ONE form of bc, instead of just pulling out. Mostly because some semen can be released before you ejaculate, and you probably wouldn't even know. I've been on bc since I was a virgin, and when my bf and I didn't use condoms I would still get nervous.

Once I was so nervous about it, even though I was on bc, that my period didn't come until I took a tylenol with codeine (it was part of one of my prescriptions left over) to make me relax and go to sleep. Then when I woke up I had it.

I do not suggest giving her any pills, I'm just saying that she needs to find a way to stop thinking about it.

Well, sometimes periods are late. And the more you worry about it, the less likely it is to come on time.
Sometimes I think that having sex plays with your body as anytime I do it, I get really hungry a couple weeks after and I seem to start my period later. Go figure.

But if you're concerned, go down to the store and a get a pregnancy test. That will at least give you a 99% accuracy of whether or not to "panic" about something.
