To be honest, what turns me on the most is confidence.
I've been with my bf 2 years now, and while I'm much more experienced than him, he knows that if he takes the lead he'll get a much better response. Obviously he communicates with me, asks what I like, does that feel good etc, but the 1st time I met him, all I could say was wow, he's confident! Not cocky btw. I only knew him two days when he asked me out, but two years later I still don't regret it ;)
