I like to have sex I'm 19years old . And I love my boyfriend, and although there is lubrications out there, I prefer to have natural vagina fluids. Problem is.
I can get really excited then I get dry , or more commonly even when I am in the mood, I'm dryer than the Moabi desert  it's terrible!
Can a doctor help me with this, is there a medicine that will increase vaginal fluids.

There is no medication for this one, there are vag. suppositories which keep you moist. If you are taking certain medications they can effect the amount of fluid you will produce such as antihistamines. Perhaps when you feel "dry", stop for a while and get re-stimulated, drink plenty of fluids, you will just have to use a lube.
"Personal lubricants" are big sellers for a reason. Join millions of other women and buy a tube of surgilube or K-Y. Better yet, use a spermicidal jelly such as Gynol II or K-Y Plus. Every bit of additional protection helps.
I have the same prob, start out wet and go dry......... when i go dry , it hurts like hell.... i use ky jelly, i just have him pull out, put alittle dab on and get back to business, it feels great, and its a better experience...... does it bother him that this has to be done? no its better for both of us in the long run........ give it a try.....
I think when you feel more confident about sex and your body you will see that lube is wonderful. It helps you to orgasm quicker b/c your body is wet so it is ready to go. Keep in mind KY is petrolem base which makes it not a good lube. Use something water based there are lots to choose from.
Good Luck
I don't know where you're from, but they also have this stuff called WET. It comes in flavors.I agree with Brandye though, why not kill two birds with one stone?
I think the time of the month seems to have something to do with it too. My GF just came off her period and was soaking wet all night. We keep the lube on the nightstand just in case though. Don't feel bad about needing it. They wouldn't be selling it everywhere if lots of people weren't useing it.
