lack of rythum

Rhythm in all forms of life is about leading or following
Musicians and dancers both use the drums to keep rhythm. So they follow while the drums lead.
so i would try to not over think it and go with the lead or follow guideline.
look for the cues that this lead has changed and follow, and when your sick of following initiate and take back the lead.
So i guess dont over think it and if it remains a problem talk to your partner about it and you can put more focus on what is causing mis cues
maybe add some music to your sex life as well.
You can also try moving the activity to the floor and see if that makes it easier for you to get the hang of the rhythm. Cause maybe the bounce of the bed is adding extra difficulty
If it makes you feel better i too have issues with rhythm. I cant whistle right, i cant sing, i cant even hum or tap music out properly and yet i have been able to find ways to not allow that natural short coming to handicap my sex life.
