Heyy all. Sorry if I'm posting in the wrong section or repeating a question, I searched for any sort of response first so here I am...
So I think this is pretty normal, basically, I just want to make sure. I seem to have a very sensitive 'area.' It's super annoying. I just went to the washroom,(number one) and afterwards all of a sudden I got a sharp pain. So I went to check things out and I noticed an abrasion on my Labia Minora. And I swear I didn't wipe any more vigourous than any other time, by that I mean gently lol. I seem to get these abrasions quite often, sayy once every six months? That was the first time ever from having just 'wiped.' Normally it's after sex, or fingering or whatever. But it seriously hurts, and I know I won't even be able to have sex for a few days till it goes away. And it burns slightly when peeing for a few days too, ugh. Any suggestions?

All women should have gynaecological exams before becoming sexually active. We recommend by 16 and add a Gardasil inoculation. If you have not had an exam, do so and discuss this with the doctor.
If you are using condoms, use poly and not latec which are more abrasive. This could be something as simple as folds in your knockers or, even, in the labia itself. It is worth looking at to be certain nothing more serious is wrong.
I've recently had an exam. Does this not happen to most women?
This infrequently happens to most women. The only times I have had this problem is when I "overdid" with latex condoms. We are all subject to occasional discomfort but to be sidelined for a few days at a time from sex is not normal.
