i use this stuff called revelation and it is great. does not dry out during sex and when you want to reactivate it, all it takes is a drop of water. it is water based and is condom safe... unlike some others. ask me about it i can get you some no problem.
We just got some astro glide for the first time and I admit it is much better then K-Y. I assume any silcone based product would be better.
I actually just heard that K-Y is good for vaginal lube to help the woman out before her own natural juices get to flowing and the silcone is better for other things.
I’m afraid I am not a fan of KY at all; I find it just doesn’t last long enough and goes sticky very quickly. I have not tried Astroglide, but it’s on my list to try as I have never heard a bad thing about it.
I have tried and love I.D Millennium, and think you’d be hard pushed to find a better lube. It’s silicone, so you can’t use in with silicone sex toys (will melt the toy) and it is more expensive but is it very long lasting and even works in the shower too.
The other lube I have tried is a Bio-glide lube, and I have found it very good too, but I.D is my favourite.

I guess first of all, I have to respond on topic. If I had a choice between KY and Astroglide, definitely Astroglide. But I'll agree WET is better. (Tessie is oh so right, KY gets sticky...yuck...lol).

As to why I really responded to this:
Loverboy, you want to find something to use other than Vaseline (or any petroleum-based product) if you are using condoms. They can degrade the latex and make the condom unsafe to use. You want to find a water-based lube which most others are.
be careful with KY. My girlfriend and I haven't tried anything else (except vaseline) but sometimes the KY can give her an INTENSE burning sensation. I would suggest something else to avoid this. And no, we aren't using the warming type.
We use K-Y and I do like the new one that warms up. But it does get sticky. I also like the hot lick stuff. Put that on, rub a little, lick a little and blow. Hmmmmmmmm so nice.
