Do I understand correctly that you are talking about a new person in your life?

* Orgasms for men are pretty straight forward, not so for women.
* Orgasms are not the biological imperative for women that they are for men.
* Having orgasms for women are tied directly to her immediate emotions, distractions, comfort, time of the month, for starters; therefore, orgasms are much more problematic to achieve.

All this said, instead of a piercing, my recommendation is to learn how to arouse her each and every time by appealing to her emotional needs and desires, first. Second, making love is a partnership. What make/model vibrator do you have? Personally, I prefer the large AC powered devices either with interchangeable heads (Wahl) or with the ball (Hitachi "Wand") These are stronger, yet can be made less so by cupping your palm over the end and extending a finger or two. Being larger and more powerful these two devices work well for general body massages that can at your choosing work into erotic massages--and then genital stimulation if desired.
