personally I think that choking you and pulling your hair is degrading.
But if you want to surprise him, you may want to start out with some toys, it worked for me and my GF. Butt plugs, dildos, vibrators are a good place to start.:)
"Kinky" to one might "regular" to another and vice versa. So, I do not know how to respond. "Adventurous" might be a better word. Get a copy of the Joy of Sex and if that does not have ideas for you, you have done everything there is to do.
You can pick out what meets your definition of kinky and go for it. The choking and hair pulling somehow does not sit well with me.
