I've seen several posts from people claiming to be only 14-15 years old. Are these kids allowed to be here?
I feel like this is a moral gray area. Kids need accurate information about sex...as much or more so than us older folks. But aren't the moderators of this board taking a huge risk by letting them on here?

There are even some younger, such as 11. It's up to the parents if they want to supervise what their kids are doing. The majority of sex and HEALTH questions are coming from these age groups, they get valid answers, and there is no porn. Morally wrong? No, not teaching what is correct, the fact this information is not being supplied to these kids through parents is where it appears to be wrong.
Also on a side note...one recent study showed that 33% of all pregnancies in the US are unwanted (or terminated) are being produced by 20-30 y/o's. Shows the teens are getting their stats down.
I don't think it's morally wrong to give them this information. I was just wondering if there was a risk of the moderators getting sued ;)
If I had a kid, I'd have no problem with them looking at this board...at least from what I've seen of it. I'm still new.
If we were advocating sex or harboring predators, there would likely be a proble. But this is a rather tame, safe place to get information. Look at some of the teenie bopper sites where expert 12 yo's are giving advice to others.
I doubt that any one nation would waste its time on this place. Good info is better than most of the nonsense.
The mods wouldnt get sued, because they can claim the parent was negligble as they werent supervising the child on the internet, and as has been said, only information is shared on here...
