I do them too. I had a baby nearly 8 weeks ago so I do them as often as possible! Cant tell if its the exercising tighting me or just where its still getting back to normal after the baby. Either way it should work, and as Im trying to get back into shape generally, I may aswell do kegel exercises to improve sex life!
How long would you say it takes to notice a difference though?
I tense the muscles and hold for 10, and do that 10 times. I do that about 2-3 times a day, sometimes more. When do you think I will notice a difference?

Read the link, I think it recommends 25...
Like any muscle exercise, it takes weeks until a noticeable change occurs. Then it progresses rather quickly to whatever level the conditioning will reach.
Do not think of doing these for "him;" do them for you!
