Is it possible to have a Std without even having sex? I have heard that you should check befor you have sex or somthing.. i unno why tho plz help :'(
STDs are just that, sexually transmitted diseases. You're going to have to have some kind of sexual contact in order to get them... and this includes oral sex.
If you have a girlfriend, and say, she has a cold sore, or one of them durn annoying sores in her mouth, when she gives you head, she can pass that on to you down there because the cold sore is a form of herpes.
If you're unaware of your partners past, yes, you should be tested. If you know they're a virgin, or know there's no way they could have contracted anything, then you should be ok.
However, if she has that cold sore, I'd wait till that passed before I started on the play.
