Penis size matters very little, and even less if you know how to pleasure her using hands, mouth, etc. Don't sweat it
As for your second problem, I'm not a guy, but odds are this will get better for you as well. Also trying a larger variety of positions could help as well, you might find something less stimulating. Or just start of focusing on her, don't put it in her until shes gotten hers for a bit if lasting long enough to pleasure her is your concern

Well, it sounds like you have a good relationship and care for eachother, which is very important, so you are on the right track there.
