Well if i am thinking of the right thing what it is is you squeeze the bottom of your dick and u pull up slowly and after a period of time the veins i ghess expand letting more blood into you penis. I am not sure if it actually works.

Its not bad…just completely useless and does have the ability to do harm, so why bother?
