try doing more licking, not so much just in and out with the mouth. You dont always have to get him off with your mouth. You can stop and give him a hand job while you kiss his body. This way he gets closer, and then you can relax your jaw

one thing you can try is once you start getting sore stop giving him a blow job and go to something else until your jaw is back to normal and then start again, you should look for jaw exercises and maybe bring it up with your doc next time you see him/her

In the past my "prescription" has been not to open so wide. If a jaw is becoming sore it most likely is caused by opening as wide as possible and holding the tension. Relax. Wrap your moist lips over your teeth so as not to scrape his skin and then only open wide enough to allow him to slip in between.

Also try chewing gum for the next few weeks before you see him...helps to strengthen the muscles in the jaw. Just be certain to spit the gum out before going down on him...that he may not appreciate!

I'd spit it out before he even notices you chewing it. Just before Goof and I broke up he saw mw chewing gum, was afraid to kiss, thought I might share. Eww and No. I spit it out in a piece of tissue and before I could get to the trash he had me in bed, LOL.
Having to call him and tell him there might be a piece of tissue with gum in it next to the bed was really embarrasing. And I'd known him what 8 plus years, LOL. He said Eww, found it and threw it away, double LOL.
