If you want a quality product, Vibratex will never let you down. They do tons and tons of "hands on" research with hundreds of testers before they release a product. Their motors are Japanese and are much more powerful and last much longer. The Jack Rabbit is from California Exotics, which is not a bad company, but, like most American sex toy companies, they add hundreds of items to their roster each year. Vibratex added 3 in the last 2, so...yeah, Vibratex > Cal Exotics.

Also, Vibratex invented the Rabbit, so who better knows about it than the company who has been doing it the longest? I have heard of pinching beads, but that usually happens with the more generic version of the Rabbit. Every company has a rabbit now, but that doesn't mean it's as good as the original. I have never heard of the Pearl pinching.

One thing to mention, though, is that the Rabbit Pearl is not waterproof. However, I know there is a waterproof version of the Jack Rabbit. So, if you were planning on this being a bathroom toy, the Jack Rabbit is your weapon of choice. BUT, if you are like most of us and use it in the bedroom, go with the Pearl.

One last thing, Vibratex also makes an Elastomer version of the Pearl, which is non-toxic and safe. I would go with the Elastomer Rabbit Habit. Here is a link, if you haven't seen it already:
