Why play games? If you are getting all nude with other's around; why would anyone sit and play with themselves over grabbing a partner?
Been there done that as a preteen.
Nowadays, not so much unless I turned the reins over to someone else;
otherwise, there is no compelling interest for just a bunch of people to gather 'round and jack off in a circle.
No, it seems useless to me. Even thinking back about 30 years; I would not bother.
