so i have been dating my love for almost a year now, but she's tend to get bad schizophrenic visions. A couple of days ago her schizophrenia conjured up two versions of me, an innocent acting one, and a very sexual one. just to see what would happen i told her to put the hand of the sexual one on her crotch. she did so, and then it started fingering her. and what i wanna know is how does it make sense that she could orgasm from this even though there wasn't any thing physically there?

Not a likely scenario. That said, the mind is the most powerful sex organ in the body. Some few women can achieve orgasm through fantasy and we have sexual dreams that can result in orgasm. Usually, a woman awakens in a highly aroused state and finishes herself off but some do report orgasm whilst asleep.
The double image she was seeing is not typical of schizophrenia. Perhaps her doctor could shed more light on what was happening.

i don't quite see why she needs them, she's not crazy, just unfortunate. and plus she would be able to get any meds because her father is abusive and wouldn't care to get her meds 'cause they cost money
I think outside help is required.
All mentally ill people are unfortunate, and should be treated so they'll be able to live well.
You started by identifying her as schizoid; now, she is unfortunate. Perhaps you should be taking your meds. Once again, not a likely scenario.

Not Sure how the "Mental Health" system works in your country. But I suppose if you really are determined she has Schizophrenia and you wish to help you could contact a support group or something...

i don't know what country your from, but in america, running 16 miles just isn't something one just goes out to do. and plus, i am convinced she live in literally the shittiest town in her county, her school wouldn't give a crap if the government told them to. and plus, like i stated before, it's not like she's freaking out 24/7 it's more like, "oh look, there they go again." so the school employees wouldn't notice a thing, not like they'd care if they did

If she has a mental illness of some sort she needs help and Meds.. And how do I know this..... I have a child who has a mental illness.. who is neither crazy or unfortuntate that needs Daily Meds to help him lead a normal life...
What about child protective services?
Since she's a minor they can help her.
I don't know what your concept of love is but if your girlfriend has mental problems and what you care about is how she managed to reach orgasm, then it doesn't seem like you care much for her well-being.
