Okay, I wasn't going to answer this since you specifically asked for the female opinion... but I can't hold back, so I'm going to throw in my two cents anyway...lol... hope you don't mind.
When you decide to have sex is purely up to YOU. It is a personal decision and no one else should be able to make you do something you don't feel comfortable with. If that means waiting til you are married, then that's fine. You are the one who has to be happy with what you decide- no one else.
That being said, if you should decide at some point NOT to wait, then that's okay, too. Just make sure you are comfortable and happy with the decision.
im sure most girls would think that was very nice and a refreshing approach to a relationship.
there's nothing wrong, boys or girls, wanting to wait. whether its for marriage or just until a certain age or just until you feel completely comfortable w/ that person.
as we usually say to girls, goes for guys too... don't let your partner pressure you into anything.
so i read where you lost your virginity when you were 13 or so. are you considering yourself kind of a born again virgin since you lost it so early you want your next time to be special?
