Hmm... "two black spots" isn't much information.  Are they bumps?  Do they hurt?  Are you sexually active?  Did they suddenly appear?  Or is it possible that they might just be freckles?

You can get ingrown hairs there.  Usually they are quite painful.  The only way I know to get rid of them is to pop the bump and remove the hair.  This is "easier" (but still painful) after a hot shower.  The good news is they usually heal quickly and getting rid of the ingrown hair feels better right away.
