I discovered masturbation when I was 12. I have had very few relationships and rarely penetrated. I used to reach orgasm and ejaculation fairly quickly and the ejaculate used to come out as a spurt ( sorry if that sounds crude but the only way I can describe it!)

I have not been in a relationship for a long time and to release my sexual tensions which build up I often masturbate.
What I have noticed over the last year or so is that it is taking not only a long time to reach orgasm, but it is also takng a lot of effort in terms of the speed and pressure with which I have to rub the shaft of my penis.

Is this a normal process of male ageing?
Or that I am masturbating too much?

Finally when I do get back in to a sexual relationship with a girl, will the same amount of effort be required when I am penetrating her; more to the point will I hurt or damage her vaginal tract, etc.

Would be grateful for anyones thoughts, or experiences of this sort of situation.
