Certain prescription drugs do it as a side effect, but no doctor will prescribe them for that. If your drive is abnormally low, get your testosterone checked. But if you just want to be horned out 24/7 eh, no.
I just would like to have a higher sex drive, for obvious reasons.
And yes, I am just asking because I feel mines is a little low, not serious enough to take prescription drugs, I just would like to know if there's any ways to increase it.

Try exercise, cardio, weight lifting, healthy diet. If not helping, see your doc, get your testosterone, and other lab work done.

Hi, I do workout and do cardio, and am wondering if doing it the day of sex helps or not? The reason I'm asking is because in a few days I'm going to see my girlfriend again, and am wondering if I should workout that day or take a day off. Basically what I am asking is if I workout will it increase my sex drive that day or will it make it harder to get an erection? Thank you.

If you currently work out continue; however, you may not want to push yourself to the maximum limits of exhausting the muscles due to the recovery time required by the body. If you do not workout it tend to lead to feeling fatigued.
There is no guarantee as to what is causing you problems with erection. First, is to rule out nerves/stress. Second, is to seek a medical issue if diet and exercize are proper. Is your diet good or do you follow those of weight lifters with low carbs and high proteins?
Seriously, if all is in balance; good/positive stress [not negative], no anxiety, regular diet, regular exercize, you should see a doc to check all other potential factors. One part should include a full blood count with Chemistry's, Urine Analysis, ESR, Thyroid Panel [not just a TSH], Testosterone level, and other's which may be indicated by your & your family's medical history. Additionally some are added based upon your age. A full physical and history will be done when seeing the physician.
Exercise is not directly linked to libido. The general physical condition that goes with exercise does raise and maintain the libido. Exercis today to have sexual power tonight (or the obverse) is not the way it works. Stay in good physical shape and your libido will be there.
For what purpose?

> I feel mines is a little low,
How are determining this? What is happening or not happening that is causing you to believe that it is "a little low"?
