Where I used to work there was a short 2 minute radio program that came on each day right at noon. It was called
"Our Changing World" with Earl Nightingale. He would discuss some idea in brief. One day it was about the most distant relative one could be to another. Turnes out the most distant
we can be is sixth cousins if we live to be ninty. To get to
seventh cousins we would have to be one hundred fifteen. These numbers I'm giving may not be exact but it was a long time ago when I heard the broadcast.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with seeing another family member naked as long you don't do anything sexual.
I've seen family members naked many times. I saw both of my parents naked before. I saw one of my male cousins naked before and he didn't care.
When I was a kid, I saw one of my aunts naked. She was in the shower and I had to go in the bathroom and she let me, but as I sitting on the toilet, I saw the shower curtain slightly open and for the whole time, I watched her take a shower and masterbated while she was doing it. Of most, there just aren't a lot of grown up that engage in incest and therefore it is often children and teens either with eachother or with an older family member in which case there can be many power issues at play.
Another thing is that you are engaging in an activity that is seen in the eyes of most as a forbidden thing and that can be a hard issue to tackle within yourself.
And biologically speaking, incest has risks in terms of pregnancy and child complications.
