There seems to be a growing trend in inappropriate avatars and profile pics going up... this will not be tolerated. Anyone found using one of these will be banned without warning. If anyone comes across a profile picture / avatar that is inappropriate, we kindly ask you to report the person to us.
On a related note, albums have been turned off as too many people are using them inappropriately as well, and this forum system doesn't currently have a good way for us to moderate them.
Good idea.. I was bored the other day so I had a look at some profiles etc
and was amazed at the amount of pics and comments on them.. The amount of people who never post but obviously have a great time sending "naughty' messages and pics is an eye opener

The amount of personal spam... "PM me to cyber" ...has been growing out of control... Its been wasting way too much of our time, and impacting on the website's credibility. There is no shortage of dating websites out there, so if you want to meet people to have sex / cyber with, we suggest you go and use one of them. The goal here is to keep the site classy, not come up with rules.
For the meantime, more of the features that have been leading us down this path have been temporarily deactivated...

Regarding backlash, please just report the post instead of replying to the people... you are inadvertently making more work for us...
Regarding what is an appropriate / inappropriate pic, we can only use our judgment on this one... The people that have been banned for this are posting avatar's of their penis... People who are in the grey area will be warned...

Anything not G-rated. R-rated gets a close scrutiny. Please, just use common sense and do not go for the shock value or "wow" value.

This is a sex information site. A place of learning. Where people should (although many new members don't) act like adults and have discussions and well structured debates. If it becomes a "let's post avatars of ourselves masturbating or having sex" and we begin to write in racey, and sexually explicit manners, then it becomes another "porn" site.
Well, this answers a lot of questions regarding about how toned down the site became. :)
