I do not know how old you are, however, if you are a teen or person in his early twenties, then your urges are nothing new and no different than every other guy has had to face, manage, and deal with with regard to raging hormones.
Back in the dark ages, boys were encouraged to fill their mind and their time with other activities. As good as this sounds, it is a bit naive, still, the idea does have merit. If all you are doing is focusing on getting laid then you need to do more with your time and your life.
What concerns me more than simply getting your rocks off which you can do very well on your own is that you seem to have little regard for the person who will be a part of your effort. Do you know and understand that sex for a woman is tied to different criteria and emotions than it is for a man? Guys can have sex/intercourse for the sake of it, whereas, most women find that doing so without benefit of an emotional connection can create a breach in their psyche?
Better me thinks that you cultivate your character and work to develop a relationship with someone, first, and then let romance develop from what happens. In the meantime, masturbate and fantasize to your heart's content.
Place yourself in situations where you will find people to date. If you enjoy a sport or hobby or other activity then join the group. The same goes for becoming active in church or other social organizations where women will also be participating. Network by letting family and friends know that you are looking to date and enlist their help in finding someone. The more people you have working on your behalf, the better your chances of finding people to date. Date as many people as you can because this is how you learn what humanity has to offer. The more experience and exposure you have the better able you will be to choose Ms. Right when the time comes. Once you are in a relationship, the love and romance will be much more meaningful than simply getting your rocks off from raw sex with a relative stranger.
