Ya man, I got pubic hair around 12-13 and had a 3incher but my penis didn't actually grown much until i hit late 15's. Ur penis will probly grown when u start getting armpit hair. But then again there is no set schedule and gameplane for puberty. Some could have pit hair and no pubes. One thing is sure that when u can get a 5'oclock shadow ur pretty done puberty. In my opinion\experience, people change the most during the summer. A conincidence could be that kids get more sleep. Also for some reason when u don't see many people u tend to change more. Make sense? I was a late blommer and still blooming (no 5'oclock yet) don't sweat it, i used to get "do u shave ur legs or something" at 15

Yea, there may be a lot of posts in that topic, but if you had actually bothered to read them, you would see that you are perfectly fine and everybody develops at a different rate.

dont sweat it. If you just hit puberty it wont be huge or at its full grown size. these things take time. Your penis keeps growing even past your age of 18. But when you first hit puberty I suppose it's normal. I'm not a doctor.

But don't sweat it. 14 is kind of late if you ask me, because I was way into puberty before then. But this happens at different times for people. So best of luck and don't sweat it. your body can be unpredictable
