And get real. No woman experiences orgasm every time and most of us really do not want to. Male sexual satisfaction requires orgasm; female sexual satisfaction is not necessarily all about orgasms. I am willing to bet that one in three times is better than most newly sexually active women.
Alcohol reduces inhibitions and does cause some relaxation. In the longer term, alcohol is a great suppressor of sexual response in both genders.

Although your goal is a lofty one, it is unrealistic. First and foremost, no one gives orgasms away. Each of us is responsible for our own. All any of us can hope to accomplish is to help our partner achieve one. With that in mind, there is much to setting the stage for this to occur if it is going to. Not every woman can climax each and every time, even if she wants to. A climax for a female of the species is much more problematical and tenuous than it is for the male. If your partner is one of the 75% of the population who can climax, then there are many factors that must be in place for this to happen.
It is a good thing that you are concentrating your efforts on her behalf; although realistically, you should also be working on the quality of your love making rather than the perfection of it. Stuff happens and our romantic adventures do not always go off as planned or intended. This is to be expected and if the overall quality of your time together is good and rewarding then this is enough to carry you through the times when things do not quite go as intended.
