I see every year more younger and younger girls wanting to wear the clothes like "Britney" wears or other stars when they don't even have hips enough to wear that garb. There are lots of pre teen girls who think they are going on twenty, but they haven't even got their periods yet guys!

Sure they would like to pass for older and compete to be the "it" girl among all their friend. Your hormones may
drive you crazy to do them......but don't. Why?

Remember, there are lots of older men and women watching over those young girls from behind curtains, garage doors, parked cars in the parking lot at the mall, and even the city park. You may not see them when you and the "girlchild" are
making sparks, but they are honed in on you for the choice gossip it makes fin their circles. How is it that young girls get the bad reputations so quick? Someone out there has a
"good girl" daughter with all the right pedigrees and if you get a reputation.....that girl will have the advantage over you later when it comes getting serious. If you are a guy who's going to live in a small town all his life, then who wants a woman everyone else in town has done.(and your mom will know who all those girls are) A girl with a reputation can simply get excluded from everything leaving her only with the choice of moving away. Girls in big cities have a better advantage in this with a crosstown boy. Small towns and rural counties have amazing channels of communications with the older folks, at the churches, womens auxilirys, county agricultural club, various school teachers lounges, and athletic fields where sports are played....when gossip is swapped. So, be careful of this stuff when you are just starting to be a teen ager.

I've seen many of these girls meet a soldier and marry him just to get out of the town and away from the mistakes they made where they grew up. Anyone wanna move to a new town and start all over again as a virgin? Maybe see the guy you got in legal trouble with again when you are around thirty five, when he gets out of prison? Sex is really for people of legal age and that age may vary from state to state.

There's a REASON that it's "Statutory"... it is done on BEHALF of the person and their family. In the eyes of ur country, a person is not deemed capable of making that decision until the age of 16.

"Fifteen will get you twenty" is the common joke I heard growing-up.

I was REALLY scared into those rules when I heard the truth about its legality: I was told that EVEN IF she approached you, EVEN IF she looked 22-years old, EVEN IF she showed you a driver's license SHOWING that she was 22, EVEN IF she took you to a place that you THOUGHT was her apartment... If you had ANY sexual relations with her, and then it was found that she was only 15 - YOU ARE STILL HELD RESPONSIBLE!!!!!

No questions asked...!!! All the legal system cares about is HER ACTUAL AGE, NOT what she (or he) portrayed themselves as.

Now... Will you get in trouble for performing cunnalingus on a 14-y.o. when you are 15...? Heck, I dunno... who knows what'll happen...? Most likely nothing will happen, BUT... you must be aware that something COULD happen. I, myself, was sexually active in my early teans with heavy petting and some oral contact. It was consentual. But LEGALLY, I could have gotten into trouble. BIG trouble.

The decision is yours, but remember... the Law wins in the end if any charges get pressed.

Just be close friends with her until she becomes legal. If she's underage, I wouldn't mess with her.

If you did have sex with her anyways, and even if she says she won't tell anyone, you'd never know she will. Having sex with underage women is very risky. You have to be very careful even if she is willing.

Other than sex with underage people is just wrong. There is nothing wrong with being close friends with her, if she wants sex with you that badily, just wait until she's legal. That's what I would do. You don't want to land yourself in jail.

leagaly yea it is rape. Even if she is totaly compliant and gives u all the permission. U should relize if she would say anyhting about it .
It is really a case by case bases but u have to make the final dission.

In aussie the legal age is 16.
Which i am, and my girl is 15, and we do it..just dont go telling to many people. Though we started when she was 14. but we only 1year 3montsh apart.

unless she is, by your state law, of legal age to give her consent - best bet is to play it safe and dont be messing around with her. if you really like each other youll still like each other when she becomes of age to legally give her consent.

if she doesn't want it then it's at least sexual assault, and could be considered rape i guess. but if she wants it, she won't testify against you in a statutory rape case and her parents have no proof if they want to since you didn't get her pregnant (unless you have a magic tongue). As far as i know at least.

I just hope she's not like 12 or something. cuz that's just wrong.
