I have only ever had a vaginal orgasm twice, but the majority of the time, I can only orgasm after he pulls out and I flip over onto my stomach. At this point, I can have a couple orgasms just laying there. Does anyone else do this?

This is not unusual. Remember that about a quarter of us never, or rarely, have orgasms at all. About a quarter of us frequently orgasm from penetration and thrusting. That leaves one-half of us who require some other or additional form of stimulation. To an extent this is positional and I am willing wager that there are some muscular movements you are doing whilst finishing yourself off.
