I'm 17 female and I never really have done anything to a guy besides maybe kissing and grinding up against him really hard. I would really like to know where to go from there. Kinda like what is inbetween kissing and sex?

I currently have a boyfriend and last night I gave him blue balls and I felt really bad because I've heard it's very painful :( and I wish I could have gave him some kind of orgasm but I just don't know how and whenever I get close to doing something I actully stop and think about it and get freaked out and don't do anything besides start kissing him again. I'll be kissing his chest and kissing more down and down and than think "oh **** I don't know what the hell I'm doing" and go back up to kissing him and biting him. He rubbed hard against my jeans with his hands and made me have an orgasm but I wish there was something I could do back to him. Something to make him feel pleasure. I don't know what to do. Do I get on top and start grinding him a lot? Do I use my hands and press and stroke overtop of his pants? Do I have to give him head or have sex or can I do something without really taking off his pants? If there is something I can do without taking off his pants or undoing them could you please give me advice on what to do.
