Please clarify--
what is the "it" that you "need"?
Are you asking how to get the guy to notice you? If so how do you know you "need" him?
Are you asking how to have sex with this person? If so, then I suggest you slow way down, take a cold shower, and, do some reading. There are some articles listed in the Index on relationships, dating, etc.
Does "it" mean you need "love"? If so, having sex with a boy does not equate to love. Boys engage in sex (Foreplay and/or Intercourse) mainly for one reason. Girls make out and maybe have sex for quite another. You need more knowledge than what you have now.

Move on. If he doesn't notice he isn't worth your time. No matter how "hot" or "funny" or "cute" a guys is, if he doesn't notice YOU then he isn't worth it. Go find another guy who'll blow your socks off.
