yah don't reall know the difference. We just started having sex but before when it was just fingering and oral she said I made her cum but not have an orgasm. I guess one time I gave her an orgasm but a vibrator was involved. I;m confused.

I make her cum but not orgasm...wha??

It is the same thing. Perhaps she's trying to indicate mangnitude? Or is it her idea of wet versus dry? You'll have to ask her but yes, orgasm and cum mean the same thng.
Yea there is a thread around here somewhere...people will come by to state..oh but what if she ejaculates..this that.
A woman can orgasm w/ many different details... she could just wimper , thrash, scream.... it could be dry, or a lil extra lube produced...or she could ejaculate (few women are able to do this..Read Here )... when we think of a male orgasm we think of "cum" or semen.
"Most" women including myself use both terms interchangeable...If I am about to orgasm... I will say "I'm coming" or if you want to read it as "I'm cumming"...same thing to me.
Point is..the orgasm can be w/ or w/out actual "cum" or female ejaculate...but usually the girl won't ejaculate if she didn't orgasm.
Like I said.. most people just use the term in both context for male or female... if you are "cumming" you are about to orgasm.
Maybe you g/f should clarify her definitions of both of those terms!
Wow, my girlfriend says the same thing! I was really confused at first as well, actually I still am. I think she says she came when she gets to the point where she kinda shudders viloently then becomes sensitive, which would be the point before orgasm, I think? Someone help me out?

Meaning she came...close? LOL
That usually IS an orgasm. I don't shudder violently...but my clit does become very sensitive afterwards.
Does she know if she can give herself an orgasm?? Is that something different then what you do to her???

No it wasn't an orgasm. Maybe "shudder violently" was to strong of word choice. She kinda starts grabbing and clawing whatever she can find. Isn't there a point right before orgasm where the girl's clit becomes more sensitive and you have to indirectly stimulate her to finish the job? For whatever reason, she calls that point "cumming". Girls are so confusing!
Mine doesn't become sensitive until after I orgasm.
There is an intense build up...and if I am getting there... whatever you are doing (oral/penatration/clit stimulation)..DON'T STOP!!! lol and don't change it up... don't speed up, slow down... just keep doing what you are doing.
She's right in saying that she's "cumming" but after the fact... she "came" or had an orgasm. And if she isn't able to cross the hurdle... then she needs to figure out what's making it stop.
There are times when it'll feel really good but no matter what happens...I can't get over the top....but if I ever start reaching that build up point..like I said if me/you don't change up what you are doing... it always end in an orgasm. But that's for me and yes I know...all women are different.
Can she give herself what she defines as an orgasm??
Also take into consideration that at a young age many people (including myself,) have learned to be very quiet when climaxing. I think this is mostly because of how our whole culture tells us that it's bad to indulge in such pleasures. As a result, it's taking me longer to be completely comfortable with sexuality, and most of all being animated about sexuality during the act.
So, as you guys grow more comfortable with your sexuality and with each other, she may become a bit more noisy!
