Foreplay is starting to feel like the same routine over and over nowadays. I am not always doing the exact same thing, but there are only a few things I really do. My main concern here is in terms of oral sex, or possibly an alternative to it:

I would say (if its something that you're both comfortable with) try using some sex toys in your foreplay.
