I don't cum during sex,but I do cum during masterbation.During sex I do produce a lot of pre cum.I do take Viagra to maintain my erection,and would that hamper cuming?I take blood pressure ,colesterol,diuretic,medications.

You have answered your own question. You suffer multiple cardiovascular problems and are on several medications - individually and in combination, that could do it. Talk to your doctor.
