It isn't harmful and yes, you ran onto a nerve that can stimulate or stop stimulation depending upon what you do to it.
The prostate gland is right under that spot. You most likely squeezed the tubes shut and, if you actually experienced orgasm, had a retrograde ejaculation witht he semen going up into your bladder. Some men have this happen naturally; some can cause it as you did. Not perticularly harmful but why do it?
there are multiple reasons why to do this:
1) no mess
2) if you don't want to come in a girl's mouth while fellatio
3) may help in the prevention of children
4) no mess :)

I think retrograde ejaculation is harmless if you only do it occasionally, but I'm not sure that doing it a lot is such a good idea. (And why would you want to anyway?)
And, it is NOT a contraception technique. Your reproductive system is crawling with sperm and this will not keep them out of the enclosing vagina.

From what I read, retrograde ejaculation is caused by some meds and linked to diabetes... it doesn't sound like something you do on "purpose"
It says it causes infertility b/c men who have this condition have no control over it, so when they are trying to get their wife pregnant... they aren't ejaculating any sperm into her... its going into the bladder. Some sites even mentioned that the man would pee inside her, to get his sperm in there.
So no it doesn't cause you to be infertile in that if you do it, you have less sperm in your semen.....

It doesn't cause you to have less sperm... the infertility comes in b/c when you ejaculate...its inward not outward.

I didn't read anything about doing this to yourself...only as it being a side effect to certain drugs/diseases.
I have no idea if doing this on a regular basis...would cause you to not be able to ejaculate normally.
