ive read all the tips on here about PE, but nothing seems to work. i cum too quick everytime with my girlfriend, and it always starts arguments, she thinks i dont find her attractive. thats not the case at all, i think shes beautiful and i love her more than anything, but everytime we have sex i cum within a few minutes and thats that.
when im drunk though, i can last forever. i actually find it rather hard to cum when im drunk. but 90% of the time we have sex we're sober and i cant do anything to help it.

everybody is different, i can stay hard for pretty much as long as i want, if i have came or not.
if u cum afew hours b4 your with your partnet doesnt it makes things hard to get a ahrd 1?

tried that, it doesnt work most of the time
there are many things that you can do.
focus on breathing can play a major part in controlling. full breaths on the inhale filling your belly full of air first then the chest, or focus on the upper regions of your own body like the chest or heart area, or your forehead.
you could try pc exercises, ejaculate a couple hours before you have sex.
whatever works.
