Well I mean if I use a vibe on my clit I can make myself orgasm in under 2-3 minutes.
If I am having sex... it takes me a good bit longer...like anywhere from 10-30 minutes.
Sex is totally a differently sensation.
With masturbation each of us should be in control of the rate and degree of arousal. If you are achieving a climax too quickly then perhaps you have to learn a technique that I recommend to the guys. The usual reason guys cum too fast is because those of us who do have yet to learn to recognize (in time) those sensations that immediately preceed a climax. If true, you have to practice and learn to recognize when you have reached the point just before the point of no return when you can stop and not coast beyond thus having an orgasm. This takes conscious effort and a bit of training, yet is not a difficult task--and, it is enjoyable. If mistakes happen, just laugh them off and try, again. Pretty soon you will be able to pause your stimulation and let your sense of urgency subside a bit and then continue on rebuilding it one or more times until you decide to enjoy the fruit of your efforts.
Give the exercise a try each day. It will probably take you a week or two to gain mastery depending upon how often you masturbate.
