Hey people i need advice, the other night i attended a party where i ended up kissing a very attractive girl... My penis is only 4 inches and im 16 (errected) and this girl was undoing my fly ready to grab my penis but i made her stop did i do the wrong thing???
Is it normal to have 4 inches at 16??
And i had an errection when i was just kissing her is this also normal?

My basic response to worries about penis size are, "If you've got one and it works, then be happy." Anything on the human body that needs to be stimulated can be done with a finger... measure your finger... shorter than your penis, right? So, don't worry about it.
I'll also point out that even if you don't grow much beyond four inches erect, then you are great size for oral sex. The big ones may look impressive, but they can be- literally- a pain. Everything has its drawbacks.

"Normal" covers a wide range and is based on the following:
* Where you are in your maturing process
* Ethnicity
* Genetics
If you happen to be a later bloomer your penis probably has some more growing to do.
If you are of Mongoloid (Asian and indigenous extractions) then you are well within the range of normal.
Blacks tend to sport the largest members, Caucasians=middle of the road, while Asians and certain indenous peoples around the world who can trace their history back to Mongoloid stock also tend to have shorter penises.
Genetics plays a major roll, also, particularly when the gene pool is mixed, not to mention how Mother Nature deals the cards so to speak.
"Normal" is anything above 4", so, while you may be on the short side, you are perfectly normal. (It also depends upon how you actually measured yourself. The normal way is along the top surface from the base (at the abdomen) to the tip of the Glans.)

Absolutely, positively, indubitably, yes!
Erections come and erections go. When they come, they happen spontaneously for no apparent reason, or, they happen as a result of sensory inputs like erotic thoughts, visual images, smells, etc. When you are a teen, erections happen all the time and several times a day and often when you do not want them to.
Kissing is one way people become aroused in preparation for sex so of course it is normal to develop an erection. Just because sex wasn't going to happen as far as the mind is concerned doesn't mean that the body knows this.
So enjoy those sometimes pesky erections. You're normal.
